SwirlPop: Candy Timing Game is designed to be played fully offline. This policy explains, plainly, that we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data whatsoever. Your scores, your progress, your Sugar currency, and every cosmetic you unlock live only on your own device.
- 1. Information We Collect We collect nothing. SwirlPop does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifier at any point, whether you're spinning a quick round of Endless or chasing a Daily Pop seed.
- 2. How We Use Information Because no information is ever collected, none is ever used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no advertising engine, no behavioural tracking, and no data pipeline running behind the game.
- 3. Data Storage Everything the game needs — your best chains, your unlocked skins, your Sugar balance, your Color Quest and Speed Rush results — is written to local storage on your device only. Nothing is synced to a cloud server, because SwirlPop doesn't operate one.
- 4. Third-Party Services SwirlPop contains no third-party analytics kits, no ad networks, and no external trackers of any kind. The carousel, the sour placements, and the rotation speeds are all generated on-device.
- 5. Data Security Since gameplay data never leaves your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your local device's own security protects your progress the same way it protects any other app on it.
- 6. Children's Privacy SwirlPop is safe for players of any age precisely because it collects no data from anyone, including children. There are no accounts, no chat features, and no personal information requested at any stage of play.
- 7. Your Control There is no account to manage because none exists. If you'd like to remove your local scores, Sugar balance, or unlocked cosmetics, simply uninstall the app — this erases all locally stored SwirlPop data from your device immediately.
- 8. Changes to This Policy If this policy is ever updated, the revised version will be published with a new Effective Date above. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised terms; the core promise — no data collection — is not expected to change.
